Hidden photos now missing in MacOS 18 after installing beta

Well this isn't good, hopefully I haven't lost anything. I have a "hidden" album in Photos, but upon "upgrading" to the MacOS 18 beta, it's gone. Yes, I have "hide hidden photo album" unchecked in the Library/View settings. I have other albums but the hidden one is gonzo. What am I missing here or is this a bug?
 
I think it as moved compared to macOS Sonoma, but don't quote me on that. Have you checked under "Utilities"?

I assume Settings > Photos > Show Hidden Album turned ON? Sometimes updates change settings.

EDIT I was fooled by your reference to “macOS18” into thinking you were asking about iOS18, so ignore reply above. I hope @oMc reply helps.
