macOS Hide all windows Script

Hopefully this is the right place to ask this. I use a program called unDock. When I disconnect my work computer from the thunderbolt display, I hit a shortcut and it ejects all drives. It also can run scripts.

I need a script to hide all windows. Since having 10-15 windows open on a 27" screen and then all of it ending up on a 13" screen is messy. I want a clear desktop when I disconnect.

I've seen a few that minimize all windows, but none to hide all windows. (not close). Any ideas?

Perhaps setting the visible property of a window to false might be useful in your case.
