Hide apps

Is there a way to 'hide' apps from the Purchased section in the App Store?

Not really. You'd have to delete the original install file. Why do you want to hide them?

I think if you go via iTunes purchase history from Mac or Windows you can hide transactions (apps); but they remain on your account.

Update: yes; under your account in iTunes you can hide purchases; actually I have eight apps in there. Really crap one I want to "forget" 😛

I don't want to see accidental purchases/free of certain apps i made by mistake, so i don t get confussed about downloading the wrong one.

Ya.. I know how to do this in iTunes, but i can't see a way to do in in the App Store app.
