Hide Automatically Unhides...

I just started having this problem the other day. When I hide a window, a couple seconds later, it will unhide itself. When I then hide it a second time, it stays hidden until I click on it.

Does anyone know why it's doing this? It's getting kind of annoying. I've repaired the disk permissions and it didn't seem to help.
