This only happens whenever I browse from an app to my files/folders, it shows how many items in each folder and its size how do I adjust the files/folders so it won't show this info?

-while the little browser window open, I go to view everything is gray out except show tab bar and text encoding?

Thank You

In Finder go to menu bar click View then go down to Go View Options click it. In the popup screen go down to Show Item Info and uncheck it.

odd...I have it unchecked everywhere and not showing the file/folder info except when I browse to upload something : )
Ex I use the upload a file tab here "check SC below also "show info" isn't an option in this little screen"
Thanks

RightClick->Show View Options,
Uncheck "Show item info"

This setting is not "global", try right+click on the open Documents Finder window now click "Show view Options,from that menu.
What is the status of "show info" now?

Is it broken? If it only occurs when downloading, it's a temporary irritant for you, for whatever reason. The rest of the time, when Finder windows are opened in the usual way, this "visual clutter" does not appear, right? Don't worry about it; be happy. I suspect that it's a "feature" that can't easily be turned off. But, if the effort is worth it to you, keep digging. And if you find an answer, be sure to post back here. :)
