Hello all! My mom is wondering - is there a way to disable the side inspector window by default in Pages whenever she opens a document? By default it always shows up and she’d much rather it didn’t - she’d rather open it as needed instead of hiding it each time.

Thanks!

If you save the file with the inspector closed (actively press cmd+S, not just quit), then the next time you open that file it will remember its previous window setting.
Yep, works like a charm. In fact, you'll have to reopen the file, show the inspector and CMD+S (Save) in order for the inspector to auto-open on that file in the future.
