Is there any way to hide that I am jailbroken from certain apps? I use the Bradford Mobile agent to connect to my college's wifi hotspot, and it will automatically block you if you try to use a jailbroken iDevice.

We're still waiting for packages such as tsprotector and xcon to be updated for the new jb.
Currently there isn't anything available.

Yes, unfortunately we don't have any other options at the moment.
Im locked out of a few appstore apps too that detect the JB.
But I'm sure we will have something available soon.

I got lucky. 😛 I can go down to my college help desk, and they'll manually register a jailbroken device.

That's pretty cool😉
I don't see why they even care if you have JB your device. JB is legal and shouldn't be able stop you from using a public wifi.

Apparantly, it's Bradford (the security company) themselves. They haven't updated their app in ages, but it's the only way to easily connect to the hotspot instead of going down to the help desk. It doesn't make sense 😵
