Hey guys, so this is really bugging me. On my 5S when I watch videos, the status bar (carrier, clock, and battery) are constantly showing. Is there a way to disable this? It's driving me nuts!!

Thanks!

Assuming you're using the videos.app?
It's a bug. Happens to my mini occasionally. Restarting the device fixes it.

Try this:

1. Add repo.pnre.co.vu as a repo in Cydia
2. Download StatusBarFix2 from the repo.

Eau Rouge, thanks for the quick reply! I tried rebooting it several times, and that actually didn't work. :(

And r3ac7, thanks a ton! StatusBarFix2 from Cydia worked perfectly! It's really pretty lame though that a small, stupid bug like this needs a Cydia tweak to be fixed. Hopefully Apple will just fix it themselves soon. but at least it's working now. :) Thanks again.
