Hiding All Purchases in Family Sharing

Hey, so I set up a family sharing account and I want to hide my app store purchases and any other purchases/downloads on my phone. I know there's a way to do this by individually selecting each app and hiding it, but this seems very tedious. Is there any way to hide everything at once or just not share it in the first place?
