Hiding email address

I'm using Microsoft entourage email. How can I hide my email address when sending something to someone, so they can't see my email address.

Why would you want to do that? Sounds like a dodgy question.

If you really want to be anonymous, then just sign up to hotmail/yahoo/gmail/etc webmail like everyone else does.

sender address can't be totally hidden. The reply address can be changed to be different then the sender address - so your recipients will send replys to different address then the mails come from
