Hiding photo's

My Dad recently passed away and I took some heartbreaking video's and photo's and I guess I should probably just delete them but I can't bring myself too but on the other hand I can't bring myself to look at them. It is making viewing at my photo's something I dread because they are just there. I am grieving very much.

I figured it out. I think. How can I just delete this?

From photos album, hit Select > select photos to be hidden > three dots in bottom right > Hide
