Hi,
I have also posted this bug in the ventura forum with no success so I am trying here.
I have realised that if I enter into online accounts >>icloud the cpu usage goes to the roof.
I went into system monitor and the process accountsd takes lots of CPU usage up to 90%.
Oddly this only happens when I am on internet accounts>>>icloud account but it doesn't happen when I open icloud settings from my user ID at the top of the settings app.
Things I have tried:
- Reboot
- Reboot in safe mode
- Reinstall ventura
- Sign out and sign in from icloud
- Disable wifi
Problem only occurs when I have signed in icloud and have internet connection. If I sign out there is no problem so clearly there is something going on with icloud.
As a note I have not noticed this problem in previous mac OS releases.
Has anyone noticed this error too? latest ventura 13.4 (a) on MBP pro 14 M1
Any idea?

Thanks
