High demand for iPad 2 in US may cause delayed launch in europe?

    Just wonderd if someone think there will be a delayed ipad 2 launch in Europe, due to the high demand for ipad 2 in the US?

    Nah.. Apple ships a defined number of units to each international market at a defined launch date. Even IF the iPad 2 were to be completely sold out by the end of the week, that wouldn't influence Europe's launch time frame. So, relax! :)

    I'm guessing they've mapped out their allocations for both sets of releases already which is why online orders are at 2-3 weeks shipping (so they don't divert any from the 3/25 launch). i.e. They went from 3-5 days to 2-3 weeks, so they're keeping a steady flow of units in production for retail roll-outs.
