High DPI settings - MBP/Ultrawide

Been tinkering with HighDPI enabled on MBP 16" on a Dell 40" Ultrawide. Sofar, not seeing a difference with or without it.
Off to do a deeper dive to see if it's more a pixel/display issue.

What monitor/mb combo are you running with HighDPI and see a difference
 
What HiDPI setting are you using? The monitor's native resolution is 5120×2160, correct?
