Found this Canadian company's site called Combat-Straps.com that does custom watch bands, very high end looking, worth giving a shout out for. The name does not in anyway give you a clue to the gorgeous band work they do. The bands I believe all seem to be priced in the $154-169 range in general, so similar to Apple's Classic band/Milanese or Leather Loop pricing, and they have a vast array of materials, stitching and watch band parts to customize with. Take a look at their Recent project work and Gallery for examples of some of their bands, even if bands in this price range might not be in your budget. Fun, beautiful stuff.

Has any here ordered from them before? Any other companies out there in this price range to suggest.

WOW they have some exceptional bands !

Given the cost of the Apple bands these certainly fall in that price line and they will make any combination you can think of.

Thanks for the link

For a Classic style leather watch band look (with adapter and traditional buckle) with lots of color and leather choices I like this Swiss company, Lucrin:

https://www.lucrin.com/straps-and-watches/watch-straps/apple-watch.htm

Their site says the bands have a hypoallergenic leather lining and they are ECOTEX-certified.

You can pick your color and leather choice, thread color (same or unbleached), band length (small, standard or large - which is sometimes hard to find in other bands), band width, and silver or space black adapters. You can even order for $7.75/15.50 a leather color swatch if you are hesitant what color to go with (dyes do take differently in color on different leathers). Shipping is extra. They take major cc and paypal. I wish they also offered the classic buckle which I like a lot, otherwise quite impressed with what they do offer.

Wow, those are pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.

I purchased a few bands from Aaron on CombatStraps. The guys is exceptional. Amazing service, and the quality is out of this world. He's very well known in the high end strap market.

I would not hesitate a second to purchase one from him if I was you.

My last band from him was an alligator chocolate with light blue stitching. They are the most expensive, but the material and built quality is tremendous. Here's a pic when I received it (sorry for the pic quality, it's a screenshot from my Instagram account).

Thanks! Looks great. Have you used any with the Apple watch? I was going to try to hold out until Christmas, but may have to move forward now with a bright color for summer!

I haven't yet still waiting on adapters to reach my mailbox...! I'll post a pic when I get them (hopefully this week).

As mentioned here's the pic. I've worn the strap for over 3 years now!
Thank you! Looks good. I am trying to get in touch with Aaron for some ideas. We communicated a bit last week, but I haven't heard back from him this week.

A lot of these are borderline pimp color ways.

I really like these Manta Ray skin bands though

He's usually very responsive. I know he's been very busy lately. Hang tight you'll be amazed once you receive his strap!
I'm waiting on another one. I'll post back when I get it :)

Yes beautiful skin! Really makes a watch stand out!

What are you getting? In terms of the "borderline pimp" or what my husband refers to as Ed Hardy (no offense meant to Ed Hardy fans) I am hoping that looks less so on a woman. I am thinking a bright, fun band that will pop with the silver. I like the manta ray too. The toad is also growing on me.

I don't see the borderline pimp thing as well. Everyone has different tastes.

I'll post a pic once I receive, for now it's a surprise ;)

Posted this about a month ago in another thread but thought it relevant in here.

It's a custom authentic Fendi crocodile leather in pink leather. Came with quick release pins which i had to remove. Installed some black adapters from Inkoo seller on ebay. Created this for a friend at work. Surprisingly, she doesn't wear it that much at all. It's very stiff.

On silver 42mm adapters before i got the black 38's (you can see the springbars as the straps are just too small)

And the final look installed

Thanks! What size strap is that?

It's a 22mm crocodile leather Fendi, there was a few floating around a few weeks ago but if you keep looking you may find one or two pop up on ebay from old stock watches. Fendi's bands now come with there own propriety adapter/connector built into the straps so they are no good. If you look hard enough you can find 23mm Gucci bands too, in Nylon, leather etc.. Still to find a original Gucci band in 24mm. Had a custom one made but got rid of it. I own a 42mm SS so i need 24mm bands at the very least.

My friend isn't really that much into bands so haven't really looked into 22mm bands in a few weeks.
