I accidently took pictures with my NIKON d40 at ISO 3200 in bright sunlight so will the pictures be grain crappy?

anyway id depends, probably not depending on the resolution you used.
more likely they might be overexposed.

Delete the files without looking at them, then destroy the camera just to be safe.

Back in the day noise was called grain and it was super-cool.

I wouldn't worry about it. 8x10 print will look just fine I imagine!
 
I actually have a similar problem with one of my shots (I haven't looked at it yet). Is this too grainy to print?
