High profile or normal profile? (Handbrake)

Converting 720p .MKVs to 1024x576 for my iPad. Should I use high profile or normal profile? Why?
 
High profile will generally produce smaller files than the Normal preset. Normal preset will encode faster than High Profile in general. You decide.
 
Well, considering I just used high and it was 40% larger with little to no visible increase in quality, and took 200% longer, I'll go with normal. 😛
