Just saw it for the first time on the Macbook Pro 15 inch.

Absolutely stunning. I had no idea it was this good, it was like reading text of an e-book reader 😱
 
It is hard to tell from pictures online and crap quality videos, so i will ask here. Does the silver surround on the screen look good? I cant tell if the colour looks good, or grey like the very old pcs.

The aluminum bezel on the pre-unibody 2008 models? Is that what you're referring to? Mine looks good, but I prefer the newer black bezel look.

No, the anti-glare display (can you get HR w/o matte?) has a silver surround instead of the black one on non-AG MBPs.

Yeah thats what i mean, i havent seen the one on the right (AG) in the flesh, just on pics. I hope it looks good as I will go for the AG screen, i really dont want my mbp to double as a mirror!
