High Sierra big files vierification

Not sure if more folks have that issue. Basically on High Sierra if you try to open big file, like few GB video or new app etc. a progress bar appears with "Verification". It takes long time if file is big. I dont use FileVault and issue is on two Macs I won, both running 10.13. That's pretty annoying and Apple Support have no clue what is the cause of that.....
