Getting a little fed up here so need to vent! I have latest version of High Sierra and I seem to be having problems with it again. With my Mac a sleep it wakes up every 10 mins or so. For no apparent reason. Power nap function is on but wake for network access is off. I know power nap is supposed to be checking mail every hour or so and backing up. But every 10 mins? I know this is the case as my speaker power light changes colour when the computer is on
Green for when the spear is on and not muted. Orange for when it is
Mute and power on. Red for standby.
I have turned power nap off and it occasionally still happens. I am at a bit of a loss as what to do. I think this maybe a bug in the software. This never happened in 10.13.
I never had these issues with Sierra either and I am tempted to downgrade to keep my life happy. I was wondering if anyone else has had the issues.
I would be very interested to hear people’s views on High Sierra and wether you downgraded.
