High Sierra OS apps losing their preferences!

Hi I've had a few apps on my High Sierra mac that are now losing their set preferences.

One example is Textedit anyone else having this issue? Thanks!

Yup - Sound and display prefs coming undone - have to reset display scaling whenever the display or computer sleeps - sound prefs are lost as well.

IINA lost its setting as well

My laptop keeps booting up with wifi on even though I have it turned it off. Never had this issue before

Yep. Mail keeps resetting its preferences on 10.13.1. It’s drivig me crazy.
