My first day with watchOS 4.

Should I stick using the Indoor Cycle workout or use the HIIT option for better tracking, since I only do interval training on the bike?

Do one with Indoor Cycle, then do your next bike workout with HIIT, then compare the two.

On Indoor Cycle the :apple:Watch is measuring for aerobic cardio. HIIT training has intervals of aerobic and anaerobic training. There is NO way to accurately measure anaerobic training by any fitness device. Other is generally used for anaerobic training as a 'best guess'. So in effect there is no best answer since you can't switch from Indoor Cycle for the aerobic intervals to Other for the anaerobic intervals.

I suspected something like that, thanks for the response, it’s infinitely clearer in my mind now.
