sorry but I'm not a computer geek and i'm a bit of a girl... (well I am a girl so I'm more than a bit of a girl!!)

I just want a answer which I don't know about all this sort of stuff...

I have a Macbook Pro Retina Late 2013 and want to know if I can run Hitman Absolution. I don't know or understand the requirements based on my machine.

    My machine details are:

Macbook Pro 13" Retina Late 2013

Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
    Memory 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
    Graphics Intel Iris 1024 MB
    Software OS X 10.9.2 (13C64)

do i need to provide any other info??

Thanks and really sorry for my ignorance here

Hi girl! This is from their site:

    Minimum Requirements
    OS Mac OS X 10.9.2
    Processor 2 GHz Intel
    RAM 4GB
    Hard Disk 24GB
    Graphics 512MB
    Drive* DVD
    Input Keyboard & Mouse

    Recommended Requirements
    OS Mac OS X 10.9.2
    Processor 2.4 GHz Intel
    RAM 8GB
    Hard Disk 24GB
    Graphics 1GB
    Input Gamepad

Based on this you should be able to run it fairly well, but there might be a few glitches because you meet all of the recommended requirements except 4gb ram, which they consider minimum. You might see a short pause every once in a while while the ram catches up, but everything else should give you good performance. :)

I should also have added that your performance will get better or worse depending on the options you choose.

You should do pretty well using medium settings, but if you go for the highest resolution with your other options set at high too, you'll see performance degrade. If it's not running to your liking, experiment with the video options.
