If it does play it it won't be very well, I don't know how well WOW compares to Guild Wars but I imaging WOW is more intense, and my old 1.83Ghz C2D Mac Mini w/ the GMA 950 ran Guild Wars pretty slow on lowest settings.

Mac WOW System Requirements

This is for Burning Crusade only, I believe they increased with Wrath of Lich King.

"Mac System Requirements

OS: Mac OS X 10.4.11 or newer

Processor:
Minimum: PowerPC G5 1.6 GHz or Intel Core Duo processor
Recommended: Intel 1.8GHz processor or better

Memory:
Minimum: 1 GB RAM
Recommended: 2 GB RAM

Video:
Minimum: 3D graphics processor with Hardware Transform and Lighting with 64 MB VRAM Such as an ATI Radeon 9600 or NVIDIA GeForce Ti 4600 class card or better
Recommended: 3D graphics processor with Vertex and Pixel Shader capability with 128 MB VRAM Such as an ATI Radeon X1600 or NVIDIA 7600 class card or better "

I seriously doubt the Mini you're looking in to will cut it.

That's THE lowest of the low-end intel macs. The only intel Apple produced with only a single core.

And the GMA950 sounds like it sucks. "The GMA 950 shares the same architectural weakness as the GMA 900: no hardware geometry processing. Neither basic (DX7) hardware transform and lighting,[2] nor more advanced vertex shaders (DX8 and later) are handled in the GMA hardware" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GMA_950#GMA_950).

All I can say is that I personally would never buy it at this point.

But the best answer you're gonna get is from someone else with an intel mac mini. All the intel mac minis, except for the ones released a couple of weeks ago, have all used the GMA950, so plenty of people should be able to give you a great answer to this question.
