Hmmm.. Weird (about post-hotspot downgrade)

I downgraded my 5GB hotspot plan to the 3GB non-hotspot plan and I still have the option of "enabling" my hotspot. (Screen shot attached)

Is this normal?

If you perform a "Reset Network Settings" then it will probably disappear once it realises tethering is no longer enabled on your account.
