Does anyone know how to erase the history of when you're typing things in (sorry, I don't have a more technical term for this :p )? For example, in google, if I type in the letter a, it brings up (in a drop box) everything I've ever typed in the google box that begins with a. I'm anal-retentive and I find this very annoying. I've tried erasing my history, but that doesn't work.

if you mean the Google bar (top, right) then there's an option at the bottom of the list (the down arrow next to the Q icon at the left of the search area) to clear recent searches.

Edit: Plus, if you select Safari->Reset Safari... everything goes bye bye.

I saddens me to hear you speak of such things, KT. ;)

Man, I just tried to make it work, and I can't.

Time to go to the genius bar and ask about "porn mode"

I wonder what full-of-crap answer I'll get this time... :D
