A relative brought to me a 13-inch MacBook Pro.

Anyway, on the aluminum where the hands would rest, there are a bunch of holes.

It look like someone took very tiny drill bits and drill holes into the aluminum, except that holes are irregular shape. WTF?

Previous owner was a xenomorph hybrid with acid for sweat.

Wow, that's so weird. My personal MBP doesn't seem to have this issue.

Very specific issue that's caused by the individual. I personally don't have this issue but my brother for example does.

Relatively normal. My old 2006 MBP armrest looked like a swiss cheese after 8 years of use.

Solution: Use an underlay or stop sweating.
