I bought the iPad air Nov 1 picked it up in store but the daily crashes are frustrating me a lot. What time frame if any do I have to return the air?
Doesn't it depend on whether it was bought in store, or online (for shipment or in-store pick up)? Your description is unclear. If it was bought in store, I think the return period is over. I bought an Air in store on November 3, the receipt said return by November 17. It was returned on the 17th.
I ordered online for instore pickup.
To confirm your return date, just login to your account on store.apple.com and click on "return item" to see it. Don't worry, you can then cancel back out.
