iPad Holiday Return period

I bought the iPad air Nov 1 picked it up in store but the daily crashes are frustrating me a lot. What time frame if any do I have to return the air?

January 7th like just like Apple's return policy says...

Yep, January 7th.

If it's crashing, try a restore. Crashes are very rarely hardware related.

Doesn't it depend on whether it was bought in store, or online (for shipment or in-store pick up)? Your description is unclear. If it was bought in store, I think the return period is over. I bought an Air in store on November 3, the receipt said return by November 17. It was returned on the 17th.

I ordered online for instore pickup.

I called the Apple store last week about this and was advised that it's 7th Jan for all in store purchases bought from 1st November too.

To confirm your return date, just login to your account on store.apple.com and click on "return item" to see it. Don't worry, you can then cancel back out.
