famoussasjohn macrumors 6502a Jul 7, 2010 752 8 Sep 22, 2012 #26 My guess, he has a device that helps with service in his home (like Sprint's Airave, IDK what AT&T calls theirs.) and he probably just disconnects the modem and reconnects it. It appears he's the only one that is having this "issue".
