this was just added to the apple site but apparently it will be available for order oct. 22 and be shipping sometime before christmas.

whats new is iTunes 5 will be completely intergrated with quicktime. iTunes Music Store will now sell music videos, a new 60gb harddrive, and bluetooth connectivity.

I voting it is fake. Good photoshop though (just run a google for Apple Vpod and then look take a lot it it. most artical are old and the ones that are more recent have 3 diffenent looks for them.

Also, notice the apparant JPG aritfacts or "brush tool effects" at the top of said "vPod". Apple wouldn't create an image with any kind of artifacts.
Lastly, the font isn't the same font that Apple uses.

Not trying to be anal, but, this is waaaay too obvious, Alexander.

The worst part about it is that:

1. It is promoting Shrek 3, which doesn't exist
2. Shrek is made by Dreamworks, pretty much the only viable CGI competition to Pixar, and we all know who owns Pixar . . .

This is probably the lamest thing I have ever seen

It's a pretty good joke... I don't think it really deserves the wasteland.

Aside from it being a fake, the design is wrong.

4 buttons wouldn't be enough - how do you navigate?

I commend the time and effort you put into writing that but...NO. That would never be the case. Huge learning curves and Apple , Don't mix!
 
Wow, i read this and took it as a fun joke. Its good photoshop work. Obviously a joke... smirked.

Then i read all your replies and you all take it so seriously! Lighten up people!

For example. I wouldn't call it feeble. I cant use PS as well as that.
 
lol ladies gentlemen and online badasses. i was bored and did the vPod. but i think its a great idea to intergrate quicktime and sell music videos on iTunes. i came up with this because i no longer buy CDs from the music stores but instead music video DVDs and play those in my car for my listening pleasure and viewing pleasure of my passengers.
