I just got a new wireless aluminum keyboard. I'm am a programmer though who does a ton of using the home and end keys while working on lines of code.

What do I do on the new keyboard in order to get Home and End key functionality?

Probably fn-leftarrow and fn-rightarrow. You know about Keyboard Viewer?

No, what's keyboard viewer? I'm in XP only at the moment and racing for deadline tonight. I hope it's in XP.

What OS is this? OSX or Windows (boot camp)?

OSX:
- Go to end of line: cmd + rightarrow
- Go to start of line: cmd + leftarrow

Windows:

(Full size keyboard)
- Go to end of line: Home key (diagonal up-left key near fn and delete)
- Go to start of line: End key (diagonal down-right key near fn and delete)

(Small keyboard/MB keyboard/MBP keyboard)
- Go to end of line: FN + rightarrow
- Go to start of line: FN + leftarrow

Hope this helps.
