Hi all, the Home app on my Watch just refuses to open. It either loads up completely blank with no response from the buttons or just keeps loading indefinitely... As can be seen on the screenshots.

So far, I've done the following to try and get it running:
- Deleted the Home app from the iPhone, switched off iCloud Home data, reinstalled the app
- Deleted my Home with all accessories and set them up from scratch
- Unpaired the Apple Watch and set it up as new
- Updated to iOS 17.1 and WatchOS 10.1

So, I've pretty much taken all the drastic measures and it still refuses to open...
This started happening since I switched to a new Ultra 2 watch, and at this point I have no more ideas on what to do and why it is refusing to load.

Has anyone had such issue and are any other ideas on what I can do?

Just out of curiosity, has your HomeKit setup been updated to 'the new architecture' or not? If not, go through the steps and see what happens. All your Home users will need to be on iOS 16 or higher.
I don't know if it influences your setup or not, but it's the only thing I can think of that you didn't already try it seems. I have an Ultra 2 and Home open for me, so it's not an Ultra 2-specific bug.

Yes, it's been updated a while ago. And what's the most puzzling is that it used to work absolutely well before I switched to the Ultra 2.

Did you fix the problem? I’ve got the same issue on 2 devices on 17.1 but a device on 17.0.3 seema fine.
I also have a similar issue with automation within Shortcuts, white screen then crashes.

Strangley all automation are working still in HomeKit, and the house is accessible via Eve app,
i’ve deleted and re installed the home app and for the first opening the house appears as normal, when you select something it then crashes.
