Home Inventory app?

I've been slogging through demos and am crosseyed from it : ) Which home inventory app is anyone using that they're happy with? My needs are fairly simple but scanning in from iPhone is a must. Doesn't need to have an IOS counterpart with a working database, just that you can scan barcodes and boom it's in. And an interface that has a decent workflow.

I've noticed that hardly any can be used offline, that is without logging on to the vendor. That would be a plus but not looking like the better ones allow that.

Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Has an iOS companion app that allows taking photos and cataloging.
