Hey!

I also just bought the Caldigit USB C Dock so that I can easily plug in my work PC (HP) and my own MacBook Pro 16.
My U2715 Dell screen doesn't support USB-C so that's why I wanted the Dock.

However.... The dock is 220 EUR and I could easily return that and sell my Dell screen and put the money in a USB-C enabled screen such as Philips 346B1C.
What am I missing here? I suppose a new screen is sleeker than the setup with an external dock and all. What do you think?

Many thanks!

Yes sense the Dock uses it’s own entry connections that monitor will run of the thunderbolt display port!
