Have a Homepod in my house that I use as an alarm clock. Has always worked great. I updated the Homepod to 12.1 and now when I try to turn an alarm off using my iPhone, it instantly turns back on. When I try to delete the alarm all together, it deletes and then instant shows up again and its on! I have no idea what to do with this. My only thought is to remove the Homepod all together and try adding it back later. Has anyone lese had this issue and how did you resolve it?

I had the same issue. Try logging out of all your iOS devices including any Apple TVs.

Have you tried telling siri on the HomePod to turn off the alarm?
The issue isn’t related to silencing them when ringing but trying to go into the Homepod alarm setting in the Home app and either turning them off (I’m out of the house on vacation) or deleting them.

Mine would show dimmed but I couldn’t delete them or turn them off.

I am now facing this issue... Was there any resolution here? Nothing seems to work

EDIT: I just removed the HomePod and then set it up as new and it fixed the issue. I am still curious to know the underlying reason this happened to avoid this in the future.
