Home screen apps jumbled

anyone seen this on their end? It’s been this way since iOS 11, 11.0.1, 2 and 3. If I swipe to the next screen and swipe back, the app layout is all over the place. I have to swipe to the next screen for it to fix itself. Anyway, on top of the numerous iOS 11 bugs, has anyone else seen this one in particular? The first pic below illustrated my screen normally. The other is the oddball.
