home sharing issue

My daughters computer shows up in home sharing but not as a "house". It is a grayed music symbol. I can see what she has but can't transfer it to my computer. Other computers in the house are fine. Can't seem to find the answer.

Make sure that when you go to File > Home Sharing > On, that they are all signed into the same Apple ID.

So even if we all have different iTunes/apple accounts, we should pick one and all sign in homesharing on that?

Homesharing requires the same iTunes account on all devices trying to use it in order for it to work.
