iPod touch Home Sharing Question

I got itunes on my windows 7 computer and i have home sharing turned on on both devices but the my itunes doesn't show up? I have a ipod touch 4 with ios 4.3.5 not jailbroken. Thanks for the help.

Yes I can't find where to get video or music from home sharing.
