i have windows 7 and i'm trying to put my home movies that i have just recorded into itunes. On my best friends MBP he always just slide his videos into itunes and it sets up in his movie tab. but i can't do it on my windows to get them to my iPhone. I've tried emailing but the video is too big, Can some one help?

How did you record the videos? What format are they in?

You need to export as MP4, and add to iTunes.

They are in avi format. So are u saying to change the to mp4 before I import? If so how do I do it?
