Found Tigerbrew (https://github.com/mistydemeo/tigerbrew) that is an "Experimental fork of homebrew for PPC Macs on Tiger". Is this the best version of Homebrew for the PPC?

So far it's the only brew version I found for PPC altough I swear by Macports 2.3.4.
I need Qemu and the only version that works ( in it let's me allocate all free memory ) is Qemu 2.2.0 on Macports 2.3.4 .
Brew does compile a lot less and is generally quicker in installing .
