Is there a Homekit/Matter product that can act as a basic self monitored alarm with a basic keypad and door/window maybe motion sensors?

Something without a subscription or account creation, that would be directly monitored via homekit and the various Apple devices in the home?

I looked around but can't find anything like that.

This is probably one of the best ways to interface an existing or 'typical' security system install with homekit. However this is not a native Homekit product, it requires Homebridge (which is stable, and magical!).

Abode I think may be what you’re looking for. They have a 24/7 professional monitoring subscription service or you can do self monitoring. I don’t personally use it but it’s pretty much regarded as the best native HomeKit security system on the market. Not sure if they require account creation.
