HomeKit - Devices Not Responding

    I added my garage door openers to HomeKit via Chamberlain's MyQ hub/bridge.

    Things work great on my phone -- either with the Home app or using Siri. I invited my wife to share HomeKit with her. None of the garage doors are responding. Our home hub (master bedroom, which I actually have the living room AppleTV signed into the same account) shows disconnected or not responding on her phone.

    Any tips what could be wrong?

    I think I figured out the problem. I had enrolled the bridge device with a separate WiFi network/VLAN I use for IoT devices. I switched it to our main network a few minutes ago. Will check her phone when she comes in tonight.

    I had the same issue. A reboot of the MyQ home bridge fixed the issue.

    Everything is working after moving it to the main VLAN.
