Hey,

since a few days my HomeKit app shows an „Updates available“ batch, and it says that there would be updates for two of my devices and that I could check for them inside the KOGEEK app.

I re-installed this otherwise useless app and looked, actually found few updates (for 4 of my 6 devices), but now can‘t find anymore. Yet HomeKit claims there would be updates available.
Any thoughts on this? How to get rid of this?

Same issue here with a couple of iHome WiFi outlets. I updated them two days ago, and this morning, finally, the Home app seems to have accepted that. But it took 48 hours to clear, and it still might come back.

Several years in and Homekit still seems half-baked to me. Sync issues, latency on things like the above firmware updates (How on earth can it take two full days for Home to acknowledge that the devices have been updated?).

Anyway, my advice is wait it out. The Home app should eventually figure out that you've performed the updates.

The same thing is happening with my ecobee app. On the ecobee Reddit sub, ecobee's iOS developer said this is a known Apple bug, and that Apple is working on a fix.
