ca. You use the HonePod in a HomeKit scene? E.G. a “good morning” scene that will turn on lights and start a certain playlist or station playing on th HomePod?

Unfortunately not. When creating a scene, HomePod isn’t listed as an accessory available for use

Not yet. Hopefully either in the AirPlay 2 update or with iOS 12.
