HomePod HomePod Mini Pre-order status/tracking

Just ordered a white Homepod Mini for pickup in my nearby Apple Store in Germany. Was also available for pick-up in other Apple Stores. Availability appears to be ok.

Thanks for the info. Just got a pick-up window for tomorrow morning :) so I can cancel my second order and someone else is getting them earlier.
 
Have just ordered one for pickup from my local Apple Store in the UK tomorrow. This will free up one from the office to let me try a stereo pair of Homepods with the Apple TV to see how they sound with Dolby Atmos.

Ordered 2 (space grey) within a couple of minutes of the Apple Site being available on pre-order day.
Went for the standard free shipping which originally said 17th - 19th.

On the app it changed to to ‘By postal delivery on 19th’

Had dispatch notification yesterday, only one delivery ref, but shows one as arriving on 17th, and the other as 19th.
contacted Apple and they were able to give me 2 tracking numbers (although these weren’t listed on my order).

Both were in 2 mins of each other looking at the tracking detail.

just had notification from Royal Mail they’ll both be delivered today (16th) :)

Im U.K. based and as with the iPhone 12 Pro, I waited for it to go live on John Lewis. Just ordered a space grey HomePod mini and it’s due for delivery tomorrow. With the added bonus of the John Lewis extended 2 year warranty - I don’t think I’ll buy from anywhere else moving forward.

So for anyone in the U.K. who doesn’t fancy waiting till January - John Lewis currently have them in stock for next day delivery.

Apple still shows them as “Preparing to ship” but DHL says “Out for delivery”. Definitely not ordered anything else from Apple so presuming it must be them!

Edit: Apple now showing them as “Shipped” 😁

Do you have an account with DHL? I haven't got the text, but can see it on the tracking that DHL have received.

I actually got the text first before the apple dispatch email lol then a text to say its coming between 9:43-10:43! I'm actually quite impressed for how fast that was! Shipping at 5pm on a sunday! here 16 hours later!
 
Has anyone in the UK who had a 17-19 postal delivery still on preparing to ship? I ordered within 2 mins of opening and mine has been stuck on preparing to ship since Friday which is annoying as loads of apple stores have in stock for today!

Mine changed to shipped yesterday (eMail sent Sunday @ 13:05) - that was for the Space Grey, ordered about 2 mins after the Apple Store came back up on pre-order day.

Ordered 2, coming as separate packages.... one said 17th, the other 19th - but Had Royal Mail notification that they will be both be delivered today.

My experience is nearly identical other than I ordered only one. I am expecting delivery later today.
 
A bit miffed that I paid £5 for express delivery, but people who didn't, get it today and before me!

Mine's due between 18:32 & 19:32....

Weird, I placed a single order for 2 white Mini's and it seems they are being delivered (UK) on different dates:

Ahh, just saw the same thing happened to cmonkey1976 so hopefully mine will come together also.

For anyone in the UK, John Lewis have stock on their website although I suspect it won’t last long.

Spoke with Curry’s on webchat, they didn’t get them in stock and are hoping to get them by the end of the week but no guarantee.

I’ve cancelled my order and now picking one up from John Lewis tomorrow.
 
Apple uk also have store front pick up options this morning. Most stores in London are showing availability.

If any UK buyers are thinking of getting a HomePod mini and cried when they looked at the Apple delivery page - you can get them from John Lewis, seems they have stock online (Free standard delivery and extended returns until 28 January 2021). /edit Out of Stock online now.
