What a load of officious nonsense. Now that we have universal high bandwidth capability, of course lossless should be adopted. There is absolutely no question that it makes an audible difference for those with discerning ears, but forget that—are you still a firm believer in your eight track tapes?

I love intentionally Luddite, flat-earth society comments like this. I sure bet that if you’re on this forum, you get awfully picky about some other technological advances in tech that matter more to you. Sit down please.

Chill out. I've been listening to lossless on Apple devices a lot longer than anyone here. It makes a difference to me. It does not make a difference to most people. But when Apple embraces something, a lot of trendy weirdos decide it must matter to them somehow.
