iPhone HomescreenDesigner issue...

How do you bring up the screen that allows you to make layouts? I have a set layout section that has one "default.plist" in it but nothing to create my own.

Must not accessed through settings. You should have an icon on your homescreen to launch the app.

For some reason it placed the icon in one of my folders during installation.

I couldn't get it to work right. Thought it was either Folderenhancer or Infinifolders issue, but might be something else. Maybe Gridlock?
