Honda just announced the new Honda Civic 2016 in L.A. and Carplay had been confirmed.

The 2016 Accord is the first car announced by Honda to get Car Play. The Civic is second.

Of course, you can always get an aftermarket unit with Car Play support. Likely far cheaper than buying a new car.
