I am thinking about hooking my Mac Book Pro up to my TV and had a couple questions first. Before I get to those, here's a little background info:

>MBP 2.4 15inch with standard ports

>Sharp Aquos 32 inch, no PC input but plenty of available inputs (the ones generally used for DVD, VCR, etc.)

>Would mostly be used for movie playback

Now for a couple questions:

>Is it even possible? If so, what cables/ports should be used?

>What settings on the computer should be adjusted?

>Is it even worth it based on picture quality/resolution?

Was just about to ask this question. I'm pretty sure mine does not have HDMI. I think it just has the input for red/white/yellow cables and S-Video. I'm currently using my 360 to play movies with my MBP but it would be nice to connect directly.
